Richtig guter Back- & Speise Bio-Dinkel, sauber & trocken und mit hervorragenden Backeigenschaften von Bioland-Höfen aus dem frischen Norden Deutschlands. Auch hier fühlt der Dinkel sich wohl und liefert uns beste Qualitäten.

Zum Selber-Mahlen, dann ist es zum Backen immer frisch zur Hand, zum Flocken, für die Aussaat und zum Keimen. Gekeimte Dinkelkörner bereichern den Salat, das Müsli, das Gemüse und vieles mehr.

Im ca. 2-Wochen Turnus werden wir mit Dinkel beliefert, so können Sie sicher sein, dass er stets frisch ist.
