Unser Weizen ist sehr sauber und trocken. Er lässt sich gut in der Getreidemühle verarbeiten, ist keimfähig und hat sehr gute Backeigenschaften. Viele Kunden verarbeiten ihn zu Wärme-Kissen.

In jedem Fall sollte bedacht werden, daß es ein lebendiges Lebensmittel ist, das kühl und trocken gelagert werden muss. Statt langer Bevorratung empfehlen wir den Verbrauch iinnerhalb von wenigen Wochen.
