Ich esse diesen Mix tägl. zum Frühstück als Frischkornbrei. Aber auch zum backen ist er wunderbar geeignet. In diesem Falle wird der 6-Korn Mix frisch vor Ort gemahlen und steht nicht schon seit Tagen oder Wochen im Regal. Die Produkte sind fast ausschließlich regionaler Herkunft und bieten bald alles des tägl. Lebensmittelbefarfs. Ich schätze den persönlichen Service sehr.
