Bio Schabzigerklee in der 100 g Papiertüte.

Das vermahlene Pulver des Schabzigerklees leuchtet in einem frischen und frühlings- Grün, duftet würzig, ein bissl nach Heu und schmeckt durch die enthaltenen Gerbstoffe leicht bitter. Es passt drübergestreut zu fast allem: Kartoffen, Gemüse, Salat, Pasta, Reis, auch zum Sauerkraut haben wir es probiert und hat überzeugt. In den Brotteig und im selbstgemachten Käse, auch vegan.
